Rahim started his professional career working as an auditor in the oil and gas industry at Deloitte & Touche. He later obtained his juris doctorate degree and practiced as a real estate attorney in New York before moving back to his hometown of Houston to begin his career in insurance. Rahim enjoys the challenge of running an insurance agency. He knows the success of the agency depends on having a great team to provide exceptional customer service to all of the agency's clients.
Danish has joined Texan Insurance in 2017 as a sales agent. Years of experience in sales and the desire to help others has led him to the insurance industry today. Professionally, Danish is known for his ability to connect with everyone. Danish feels sales provides him with a platform to empathize with his customers, which helps him find the perfect policy to fit their needs.
Elizabeth has been in the insurance industry for 6 years. She has been licensed since 2012 with a county mutual license and obtained her P & C license in 2016. She is part of the sales team at Texan Insurance and loves every opportunity she has to help clients with all of their insurance needs. She makes it a top priority to make her customers feel valued and will go above and beyond to resolve her clients' questions and issues. Elizabeth always works towards broadening her knowledge in insurance and bettering her ability to service our customers.
Jared has been with Texan Insurance over a year. He initially started his career in insurance 8 years ago and within a few months, he quickly realized insurance is where his heart is at. A man of his word, Jared is always working diligently to get quotes back to his customers even quicker than promised.
Anjalena relocated to Houston, TX from Port St. Lucie, Florida in 2014. Prior to relocating she worked as an office manager for 3 years. She obtained her property and casualty insurance license in 2014 and has been in the insurance industry since. Today, after working in both insurance sales and customer service, Anjalena is our lead service agent. She genuinely prioritizes educating her clients on the details of their policy to find them the best price without compromising their coverages.
Maria has been with Texan Insurance for 4 years. She initially joined the team as the receptionist but was quickly moved up to a customer service representative, then agent, obtaining her property and casualty license over 2 years ago. Today, Maria is consistently recognized for her polite and informative methods of communication with her clients.
Brittany joined the Texan Insurance team 2012 with over 6 years insurance experience. Brittany has been licensed for over 3 years and has gained a large amount of knowledge on classic cars and the proper coverages needed for those who drive and/or collect vintage vehicles. She loves a challenge and feels most satisfied when she is thoroughly able to resolve an issue a client may have. At the end of the day, Brittany wants to be remembered for her genuine desire to assist others.
Kenneth joined Texan Insurance in 2017 and brings over 25 years of company experience in sales and service. Kenneth has been licensed in property and casualty, life and health for over 25 years. Ken is a part of our service team and has enjoyed the challenges of finding solutions for any concerns his clients may have. Outside of work, Kenneth enjoys the cultural scenes Houston has to offer along with jogging and riding his bike around Memorial Park.
Sherry Lamkin has 20 years of insurance experience under her belt where she has worked in various insurance agency positions including receptionist, customer service representative and underwriter. She has been licensed as an agent for 9 years. Sherry loves to solve insurance needs for people and aims to reflect that in her daily contact with customers.
Jennifer joined Texan Insurance in 2016 and has over 10 years of industry experience as a personal lines agent. Today, Jennifer is one of our outstanding service agents and handles multiple tasks such as assisting clients with the renewal of their policies along with working with our carriers to find the lowest rate for each customer.
Laura recently joined our agency in 2017 and brings with her 4 years of experience as a licensed agent with property, casualty, life and health. Professionally, she is known for making sure her clients are properly taken care of. Laura has a knack for being efficient and educating her clients on the insurance policy they are purchasing. Laura is excited to see what this new journey at Texan Insurance holds for her!
Customer Service Representatives
Mari is the lead CSR at our agency! With 3 years of previous managerial experience, Mari knows how to keep tasks organized and prioritized. Today, she is responsible for overseeing the work done by the customer service representatives along with supporting the personal lines team in their efforts to manage accounts and drive new business sales. Mari is known for providing a high level of customer service to our clients and for her efficient ways in dealing with new and renewal policies.
Jasmin is one of the customer service representatives at our agency. Always in search of opportunities to help others, Jasmin knew she was meant to work in customer service. Today, she assists our clients with making payments, looking for discounts, endorsing changes to their policies, and many more tasks! Jasmin is always on time and ready to work. She believes finishing a task and following through with your commitments are extremely important. She enjoys coming to work every morning and getting the opportunity to help as many customers as possible.
Kelsey is among the new members who recently joined our team. With 10 years of customer service experience, it’s clear to see why she is so great at her job! Kelsey is constantly being commended by the agents she works closely with on her ability to perform promptly and efficiently. Along with having a knack for being an excellent communicator, she also exemplifies the utmost professionalism in each engagement with customers. Kelsey aims to be remembered as a caring, communicative, and ambitious individual.
