Deductibles for covered windstorm losses are typically 2% of your dwelling coverage limit. If damages exceed your deductible, you may consider filing a claim. We do not recommend filing a claim unless your damage is over your deductible as this could affect your rate at renewal even if $-0- is paid.

Please be aware fence and tree damage is very limited on a home policy.

There is typically a limit of $500 coverage for food spoilage. However, your windstorm deductible will apply first.

If you have water damage to the interior of your home, we recommend contacting a restoration company to extract the water and dry the home properly to prevent mold & mildew. For your convenience we have listed some restoration companies below.

If you need immediate assistance to make temporary repairs, etc. below is a list of Restoration Companies to assist you with any immediate measures to begin cleaning up and mitigate further damage. You may also perform the temporary repairs yourself. You will need to take photos and keep all receipts before you make any repairs.
