What can I say? Buying insurance is never a fun task. Getting insurance for a car is about as fun as getting a root canal, but I was lucky to have a wonderful agent by the name of Laura Aldana to guide me through the ins and outs of getting car insurance for my entire family. I can tell you that Laura was not only the most kind and patient individual, but she was always attentive, courteous, and most of all, very knowledgeable and adept at resolving any and all hurdles that came forth in the process. I was very impressed that Laura answered emails at all hours, and in less than 5 minutes! When does anyone ever get such a high level of treatment, especially in the realm of auto insurance? I cannot say enough good things about Laura and her level of customer service. She always made me feel as if I was the only customer for her, and I know that as good as she is, she probably has a thousand customers just like me. All I can say is she is one in a million and I would use her again and again and I recommend you do the same. Laura is a class act that is sorely needed in the insurance industry. Awesome experience working with Donna Baker. During a renovation, she assisted with a builder's risk policy. Upon project completion, she assisted in a homeowners policy. She went above and beyond to help underwriters understand that this "old house" on paper was brand new in order to secure the best pricing! 100% will use again.

Donna was ALWAYS responsive and worked past hours to get us the requested information. She listened to what we needed and worked tirelessly to offer every possible scenario to get us the best deal at an optimal payment. For $200 more we are getting a full year of coverage instead of just 6 months. I have a relative that sells insurance and he couldn’t get us that discount.
