This incredible achievement is a direct result of our active participation in the Independent Insurance Agents & Brokers of America’s (IIABA or the Big “I”) Best Practices Study group.
Since 1993, the Big “I” has teamed up with the distinguished management consulting firm Reagan Consulting, headquartered in Atlanta, to conduct a comprehensive annual survey and study of the nation’s leading independent insurance agencies. Our nomination and subsequent qualification for the Best Practices Agency designation were based on our consistent operational excellence. We are proud to maintain our status and share this journey with our valued clients.
Selected agencies retain their status over a three-year cycle by submitting detailed financial and operational data for review each year. In this latest cycle, out of over 2,600 nominated independent agencies across the U.S., only 287 agencies, including Texan Insurance, met the stringent criteria to join the esteemed 2023 Best Practices Study Group.
